OPEN NETS - ATTENTION CHANGE OF OPEN NETS TIMES

As of Friday 18th April Open Nets revert to the 7 - 9 pm time slot for all age groups, this will be the Summer Open Net time.

The Saturday Open Nets finish on the 5th April and recommene in October

ONE TO ONE COACHING

Individual one to one coaching continues to be popular at the centre. With the county age group trials not too far away this is the ideal opportunity to improve your game by spending an hour with a specialist coach. Cost £23 per hour.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PROGRAMMES

There is more to cricket nowadays than just technique, many players struggle to cope under pressure, individual coaching programmes are available incorporating work on a players mental strength alongside his technique. Centre coach Simon Price has worked with many young players on there Mental Game Plans, whilst also incorporating Lifestyle Management, fitness and nutritional work. These are all areas which players at the top level are required to have. Please ring Simon at the centre if you wish to discuss an individual training programme.
