Worcestershire Cricket Centre boasts excellent facilities from bowling machines to hi-tech video recording equipment to enhance your game!

Cricket at the Sports Centre
There are plenty of opportunites for players of all abilities to improve their game throughout the year. January through to April the centre is full of cricket clubs, some local some from further afield with players trying to get into form for the new season. The general Open Net session remain popular, times for these are available on the News Section of the site. Every holiday sees courses for junior players organised by ECB coaches. Throughout the winter the Worcestershire first team and junior squads use the centre for training. In the past year the England Blind cricket team have also used the centre. Cricket coaching continues to play a major role in the centre's programme. See detials below

Coaching
The most popular form of cricket coaching is one to one coaching, a chance to spend an hour with a coach and work on whichever area of your game you wish. This is aided by the use of bowling machines and the Dartfish Video Analysis Programme, This can be used as a one off session or a programmes of coaching sessions put together by Centre Coach Simon Price can be used. Demand for one to one coaching is high so it is advisable to book early.
Coached nets are also popular, the chance for you and some of your teammates to have a net under the guidance of a centre coach.
Coaching is available for juniors and adults alike. Junior couses take place in school holidays, details of these are on specialist courses section of the site
